In those unusually long games, where You actually have money to build structures rather than units, I like to sneak an Engineer in via Chinook or APC and capture an Advanced Power Plant. There are two advantages to this one: Most people provide just enough power for their base, taking the Plant not only, in most cases, renders their Guard Towers (Adv. Guard, Oblisk) useless but it will provide power for the Oblisk I have just built. The Oblisk should keep them occupied long enough for the construction of a Hand or Barracks resulting in an infantry war in their back yard.
